There was an earthquake in Croatia yesterday! One stronger -6.2 and a series of smaller ones. Some people were killed and many were left without their homes.

 Unfortunately, this year will be remembered for its many misfortunes. Many were left without their loved ones because of Covid 19. I hope 2021 will be completely different for us, that the damn virus will disappear! I also hope and wish it to be filled for all of us with happy moments, pleasure and creativity. 

Be safe and healthy, enjoy the little things and the little moments. Better days will come.

Great combination

 As I knitted this yellow top I thought of a combination I would make when it was finished. And that's it ! The white wrap shirt with unusual origami sleeves from my shop is ideal for this combination. Completely unusual and unique, right?

Cord knitted top/open back

 I have already written about the crocheted cord with which I knitted the sweater. Now I have finished it and you can see the pictures of the finished top / sweater.

 If you do not have a yarn of the desired thickness make a cord. It requires a little more yarn but the result is interesting. 😉

Knitting pleats and ruffles

 This is my new knit project. Ruffles on the edges instead of sleeves is a very interesting detail. 

Also pleated knitting on the lower part, like a skirt, is another great detail that makes the whole sweater 

unique.

Knitting pleats is very simple, you only need an extra third needle.

Loose knitting

Loose knitting is very soft and fine but you should be careful with it.

 However, an accidentally hooked loop is easy to put back. The feeling on the body is unspeakable. 

You have to try it! 💛
