Irreplaceable wrap !

Of all the ways of fastening knitwear, my favorite is the wrap!

It is so simple, effective and practical. You can use a button, a ribbon or maybe a brooch, everything is great and serves the purpose in a simple way. I used a large button on this splashed black and white sweater that I got from a wonderful lady in Slovenia. Such large buttons are hard to find and I am happy that I got them from a person who dedicated himself to making them. This is the link https://www.facebook.com/dolejsi.si

Kaja yarn is also Slovenian from Majšperk and is wonderful to work with because the knitting goes very quickly. This is an asymmetric sweater model, unlike similar ones I've made before. It is interesting how the symmetry is reflected not only on the bottom but also on the appearance of the large collar, which I normally adore.

Pleasant beige

I live on the Adriatic coast, where winters don't last long and we welcome spring joyfully already in February. The trees have already budded and if the sun shines, we will have bunches already in the middle of next month.

Anyway, I knitted the last winter sweater in a nice cream color with a cheerful mix of stitches.

This winter, white or cream white was a must have. After several years of the dictates of black, it was a real refreshment. I hope that the

pleasant beige will remain next winter.

Blue as the sea in spring

Blue as the sea in spring

Light blue like a morning at the sea in the spring when the delicate scents of flowers dance their dance along the seashore, I walk and wonder how, for who knows how many times, they come to my awakening again and again as if I'm seeing it for the first time. It's a wonderful and healing feeling that takes all the weight of winter off me.

I got a beautiful Angora Gold wool in light blue with a little lilac. It is ideal for a spring thin sweater without sleeves but with a large collar that falls over the arms. It is completely knitted without breaking the wool. I don't like it when I have to cut the thread, I always avoid it in every possible way. A large flower is crocheted and joined with a zihernidle at the back. It can be placed anywhere. An ideal piece for spring. Let's enjoy!

Something new, something old!

  Something new, something old!

I have already made this model, but now I made it in other colors! The model has been extremely well received because it is very interesting. Several black variants have already gone out into the world, I hope you like this one too.

This one is especially interesting now before spring in the eternal super combination with your jeans and maybe with a white shirt underneath!

You can see it in my Etsy shop.

Spiral knitting by FedRaDD

These are my spiral knitting works. Each one is a little different in relation to the central theme. I love this design because it offers various possibilities for imagination.

Spiral knitting

Interesting patterns that I especially like. Special spiral knitting around with only one braid. Of course, I came up with that idea at night (when all the crazy ideas come to my mind). You can knit the braid straight, but you can add or subtract loops in strategic places to get a peplum look. I haven't seen anything like it anywhere. I have to come up with a name for that style of knitting.
